The mission of the Cedar Mills Yacht Club is to advance the sport of yachting; including sailing, racing, power boating and cruising. We provide good fellowship among our yachting community, encourage good sportsmanship and boating safety, introduce youth to the sport of sailing and boating and maintain proper facilities for the use of our members. Our clubhouse is located just 100 yards south of the Ship's Store near the marina center cove. We have showers, a small kitchen, a lending library, TV and fireplace. We also have a large deck with BBQ/Smoker for use by the membership. |

Built
in 1969 and runs west from Juniper Point some 14 miles along the southern
shoreline. The trail is divided into segments and well marked with
mile-posts and other references. Impressive vantage points overlook
the lake and shoreline and the blackjack oak woodland typifies the
Cross Timbers environment. The trail's difficulty is rated as moderate
to easy.

anyone where to go to catch Stripers and they will say, “Lake
Texoma”. Texoma is unique as a natural spawning lake and is the
acknowledged Striper Capital of the World. Stripers are fast-growing
and long-lived
and have reached weights of over 40 pounds. Sexual maturity occurs at about
two years of age for male stripers and at four years of age for females. Other fish species abound and the lake's 580 miles of beautiful shoreline and scenery make for an unequaled outdoor experience. |

includes 3,000 acres of marsh and water and 8,000 acres of upland and
farmland. During fall,
winter, and spring, the marshes and waters are in constant use by migrating
and wintering waterfowl. A 4-mile self-guided auto tour route is located
in the main management unit of the refuge. Leaflets and roadside exhibits
provide information on the area and the refuge programs.

The area is open all year, however, water and electricity are not available during the off season. There is no charge for use during the off-season.
